First. Oil change at your dealership— Appointment at 2pm arrived at 1:50– told the person at the first desk that this was my first oil change on my new Trax he instructed me to go to the end of bay—sit there for until 2:10 while employees stood around the desks and as far as we could see were just joking with eachother-I finally asked an employee(who happened to be walking by for help)—- also when I purchased the Trax I paid for the rain shield for the windshield —when they said the Trax was done I asked them if they had applied the rain shield - said I needed to tell the tec I had that before my oil change—it seems to me - your employee should ask the customer not the other way around—it was raining when we left and I noticed the rain did NOT bead up and clear off like it did when I first purchased the Trax—NOT a good job!!!—so to summarize I waited past my appointment time + waited twice and still did NOT get everything done as I expected!!

Had a scheduled appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early. Was greeted by very polite service team. One person inserted a carpet protector as I explained reason for my visit to another. Waited in very well laid out, clean waiting area. While in there, witnessed all customers also in waiting room being treated very good by service advisors. Whether it was to let them know their vehicle was ready or to give an explanation of findings, all customers were treated with respect. My wait time was shorter than I expected. Was explained the work performed on my vehicle and if I had any questions. I was totally happy with my experience at Graff Chevrolet of Okemos. Enjoyed my time there. Was treated great and it was great seeing others treated the same way. One big family at Graff Chevrolet of Okemos.

Had to have a issue known by GM fixed for a second time. I believe a reputable company stands behind its actions. For GM to knowingly have a defect in their vehicles that it has not resolved since they became aware of it, and then to not cover the cost of repairing the issue when it arises is not a company I can trust to provide a safe and reliable vehicle. As far as Graff goes, your policy of charging a "diagnostic" charge of $159.95 each for two issues with my vehicle and then to not remove those charges when I had the $392 repair and the $845.53 repair done at Graff is deplorable. I could understand charging it if I had gotten the diagnosis and then taken my car somewhere else to have the repair done, but not when you are also charging for the repair. Yes, you can publish my response, but somehow I don't think you will.

I came to have my AC fixed and it still doesn’t work. It doesn’t work unless the truck is moving 40 mph or more. I did pay for the repair, but I still have the problem. Someone (not my service advisor) from service also called and recommended new brakes and rotors— but my brake pads are at 50% life. Do you always replace brakes at 50%? The rotors seem okay. I did not get a service video, either which I usually do. It always feels like you are pushing service items at Graff to generate more revenue.

I needed the ordered trailer hitch and wiring package installed. The hitch was i stalled and there is no problem. The wiring harness, for which I waited 6 weeks for the dealer to obtain, does not work properly. After two additional trips to the service department on consecutive days I have been told the wrong wiring harness was installed. The correct harness is on backorder with no shipment date. And the incorrect harness blew a fuse in the car. The service person, Jeremy, and the parts person, Don, were professional and helpful. Still, I will have no trailer wiring for the foreseeable future.

Took it to you bc just over yr old vehicle w 25,000 miles had a brake warning. Was told it needed all new brake pads and rotors not covered by warranty at approximately $780. Obviously shocked. Took it to another GM dealer and said it’s a sensor issue. Brake pads only 50% worn and rotors fine. Brake pads will need to be replaced w the sensors all under warranty. No cost to us. Extremely disappointed, and sadly don’t think we could ever use or recommend Graff again

I get my tires rotated with every oil change. My tires were not inflated to the correct tire pressure despite the service order stating that was done. Graff used to be the gold standard of service but seems to be consistently slipping over the past year.

Everything was great but could use some improvement in the length of time it takes process all the paperwork. I have been to other dealers in the past and the paperwork has been handled in an hour or less. When I buy from Graff, it takes nearly twice that amount of time. I took my 2019 Corvette in for 2 reasons. First to determine the cause of the "brakes worn" indicator light that had been coming on every 8 miles for years. Mileage when this problem started was under 9500 - when first delivered to Graff over 16,000 miles. After 3 other dealers (in 2 states) and a total of over 10 total unsuccessful visits for repair had all failed, I drove the car from Charleston SC (over 900 miles) in hopes that Graff could solve the problem as I had heard some good reviews from Corvette friends. Gordy and Jenn worked extensively to get the problem resolved over the course of several weeks and I am truly grateful to each of them for their persistence and dedication.. The second reason I took the car to Graff was I had hit a break in intestate pavement and damaged the wheels and tires while driving to the Lansing area. After several weeks of my working on and investigating that problem, Graff Chevy found the tires had ruptured at the bead and tire replacement ultimately revealed that wheels were cracked and damaged. New wheels were ordered from Graff through Chris Tobias, and the replacement tires were swapped out onto the new wheels after 2 months. Finally, the tires were able to hold air pressure. Chris also assisted in me getting rewards for the new wheel purchase and in applying some of the repair cost on the brake warning light issue to my GM Rewards. In my opinion, Chris went above and beyond. From mid-April through the end of September, my car was a regular fixture in the service area, but I am so grateful that I can now successfully say that the trip back to Charleston SC was without brake warning light issues and without low tire pressure warnings. I am now looking forward to the drive back to the Lansing/Okemos area with no recurring warnings. Great job all the way around. My next Corvette will be ordered from Graff.

I originally came in for an oil change and replacement of two air pressure sensors. While inspecting my vehicle, a leak was found involving the oil pan and timing cover. I had also reported that the engine was sounding rough with a knocking sound. The tech who did the inspection also took the time to investigate this and found the issue. The repairs ran quite a bit longer than expected and I was given a discount on my total repair, which was very much appreciated! I will continue going to Graff Chevrolet in Okemos because of their transparency and great customer service!

I had a dent in my hood from a piece of asphalt that had also taken the paint off in areas. My car is seven years old, and the paint therefore has faded over overtime so I didn’t think Graff would be able to match it. All I can say is WOW, they made my car look like new. I could not be more pleased or impressed. I knew I made the right choice when I chose Graff for my repair.

Well 1st of all the lounge is very nice. But the cost of my repair was shocking. The service man never looked me in the eye. For the price I paid I would expect some basic courtesy. For example, my tires are a little low, could have filled them up. Could have checked the oil etc. I can't argue the Technician''s labor but it seems extreme.

I came in to have my radio updated as I was told was the reason for the blackout screen. Next day I am on the highway and my radio starts to static continually. I had interaction with the driver that picked up my car for a scheduled oil change. She is so personable and leaves my seat the way she found it. It was a fast-and-easy 'first service' experience. I expected a printed status sheet on all systems like previous vehicles, with the completion of service but did not receive one Service man was in a hurry and left little-to-no time for questions. Its been close to one year and still have not been able to resolve the On Star difficulties. No one seems interested in resolving the issues. Overall, I'm quite happy with the vehicle.
